Optimistic Indonesia In Asian Cup 2015

I am very interested to read this news. Here indeed I do not really know what the root of the problem, but I wonder why the issue of dualism football Indonesia would not solved since 2011. There are two football league in the country, namely IPL (Indonesia premier league) and ISL (Indonesian Super League). How Indonesia soccer can be good, if football officials just think things that do not really matter like this. They never think about how to improve the quality of the players. Players who play in the ISL with great skill was not even drafted into the national squad because PSSI dispute with ISL that would not go over. When class football Indonesia continues like this, do not dream to win the 2015 Asian Cup, could pass through the qualification just say alhamdulilah… moreover in the upcoming February qualifications Indonesia joined in group C with Iraq, China, and Jordan.

In the upcoming February Asian cup qualification, Indonesia seems optimistic to qualify. Meshach Manibor, national team manager will give hope to Indonesia in this match. Meshach Manibor will call players from ISL that are not allowed to join the national team due to a conflict with the PSSI. Manager ignores all of that, he will be responsible for the great players from the ISL to be scent Indonesia in the international arena. The question is why the management of PSSI never think like Meshach Manibor? big question.

Administrators must open their eyes wide, appreciate the achievements leading clubs. Revolution of the ball is not the context in stock bargain, but growth has been supported by the club, not destroyed. They must to provide facilities and promotion of local players to the international level. If Indonesia received foreign players over the years, why not a lot of local players who competed in the international arena?. Win or lose, that's the normal thing in the world of football. Indonesia soccer team spirit, I'm sure you're going to talk a lot in Asian cup 2015.

Eleven Hints For Life

“ Eleven Hints for Life “
   The board wisdom

1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return.
But what is more painful is to love someone and never
find the courage to let that person know how you feel.

2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who
means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was
never meant to be and you just have to let go.

3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a
porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away
feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose
it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been
missing until it arrives.

5. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an
hour to like someone, and a day to love someone-but it
takes a lifetime to forget someone.

6. Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth,
even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you
smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day
seem bright.

7. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go,
be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and
one chance to do all the things you want to do.

8. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it
hurts you, it probably hurts the person too.

9. A careless word may kindle strife. A cruel word may wreck
a life. A timely word may level stress. But a loving word may
heal and bless.

10. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best
of everything they just make the most of everything that comes
along their way.

11. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with
a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone
around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die,
you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.

Life Is Like Play A Jigsaw Puzzle

Sometimes in life, I ponder it so. Is it going well, or am I missing a piece. A piece of my existence. A piece of my heart. That flutters in the sky carrying large amounts of doubt. Yes, Life is like a jigsaw puzzle.

Each part of your life, each experience in your life, each person you meet, each “accident” that happens to you, is part of the divine “picture” of your life – part of all God-created lessons you need, to learn for the sole and single purpose of finding your way of love HOME in your life.

Learn to recognize EVERY single life-puzzle of YOUR life and learn to become fully and clearly aware of the exact meaning of EVERY single piece of YOUR life-puzzle. And be grateful for it all! All of above is as has been said by Miss Kadek to me.

Here is a poem by George A. Burgagni that best puts it all together so well.

Life’s Puzzle
Life is like a jigsaw puzzle
So Many pieces come with it
We gather them as we live each day
To see just how they fit

Some people start with the edges
Some start with corners too
Others go for the middle
It’s always up to you

Hold each piece, embrace them
To see where it will go
Sometimes they fit so easily
Then times you never know

Think of these as people
Each one’s a different piece
Some we meet won’t fit at all
Others will fit with ease

We go through life and gather
We use and lose some too!
Some become good memories
Some leave us sad and blue

Some pieces seem to get away
They’re like tiny grains of sand
We think we have them held real tight
But they slip right through our hands

I guess we are all just looking for
One, rare and special piece
The final one to finish our
Life long masterpiece

Our puzzles will be complete
When it happens you will know
The Puzzle comes together
By the pieces you don’t let go!

Are we too dependent on computer ?

Nowadays, young people are booming use a computer to open up the internet to do social networking or playing games on the internet site. They can also be benefitted by these, so when they grow up they will get much used to the computers. Also they can get a satisfying job very fast, because in the future a very few of the occupations does not use computers. Apart from this computers are also used in schools since about 1960, because students also get benefitted from computers. In addition the educators use technology to teach more effectively. Students can also use computers for each subject they learn. A calculator in mathematics map-making tool in geography or as a text editor. Moreover, students can have online tutor, find information through internet, type up and print their assignments. Students can get as much information they need and teachers can get connected to the parents through internet, whenever they want. Are we too dependent on computer? Check this out.

Many people said that they are losing their ability to function without a computer. Memorization is a thing of the past, we now depend on our cell phones to have the phone number of everyone we know and we no longer can even remember the phone number of our parents or friends. We no longer worry about what we are writing or typing because we all use a word processing program that has spellchecker and checks for grammar mistakes. So as you can see we depend on computers too much and are losing our ability to memorize, type, spell, or even write a grammatical correct sentence.
However some people show their opinion that they allow us to perform better and produce more. Computers are tools, and you can never be too dependent on tools. Tools allow us to perform better and produce more. When I was in high school, research meant a trip to the library, finding the right book, and then taking notes with pencil and paper. This time, research is going online and cutting and pasting. It is bad, because it makes us really dependence on that machine.

The conclusion is how we divide it. Whether we are in an urgent or not to use computer, so we have to know when we must use that machine. Of course, the computer is the only machine that is very effective at all to use when doing a job, but be careful because they can affect our mind and our health.

Is Our Election Process Fair ?

An election is a formal decision-making process by which a population chooses an individual to hold public office. Elections have been the usual mechanism by which modern representative democracy. Elections may fill offices in the legislature, sometimes in the executive and judiciary, and for regional and local government. Indonesia has a good electoral system that is LUBER JURDIL ( Langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur dan adil ), direct, general, free, secret, honest and fair, perfect! But why the chosen candidate still makes people or society are not happy or not satisfied. What's behind it all? Is the election fair?
           :

Good electoral system in Indonesia can make the election process fair. The election commissions (KPU) to verify the political party has signed up to be a candidate. After that for a political party that passes the verification will be given the opportunity to campaign against the community. they will promote their political party to get  people hearts. So people will vote for them during elections. LUBER JURDIL, electoral systems which only the Indonesian state, already recognized good from the various parties. Direct, general, free, secret, honest and fair already apply in Indonesia election process. The voters already vote their choice to become their leader. They are already choosing the good leader for them by consider many aspect from each candidate. The chosen candidate hopefully can protect the lives and welfare of the community.
Electoral system in Indonesia that already recognized good from many parties does not guarantee finding a leader who can satisfy the society. This problem maybe happens because of the unfair election process.  Electoral commission is not neutral and independent to be a very serious problem, KKN still become Indonesia culture in many sector that make many people disappointed. Then the elections technologies were manipulated that impact the vote count and so on. Beside that the politics of money making the election process to be unfair. With the money politics the purpose of elections is to find a leader who can protect and prosper the public will not be achieved. Elected leader is a leader who has a lot of money who do not attention the motto "of the people, by the people, for the people".
Actually to reach fair and success election is depend on the voters and the election commission. The voters must wise to vote the candidate by consider many aspect, and the election commission must independent and neutral. Good election is Democratic election, reliable and accountable in accordance with the rules and regulations in law, the need for understanding and community participation that took part to prevent money politics or the politics of money in its implementation, selection of Regents, members of the Legislature, the Governor election and President.

Should Students Be Allowed To Grade Their Teachers?

Now days, many things happen that cause the student to teacher relationship becomes strained. This will cause the student to hate against a subject. In addition the teachers are not good at teaching, causing students to be lazy and interest in learning them is reduced. Indeed, teachers are the most important component in the teaching and learning process. The way teachers teach can affect learning interest of students. Who knows how the teachers good or not are students. If the teacher not good is need students comments to make the teacher better. So, should students be allowed to grade their teachers?
There are many sites these days that allow students to grade their teachers. Is this really necessary? Yes, students should be allowed to grade their teacher. First of all, letting the teacher know how well he/she teaches students, helps them to realize what works and what doesn't. Secondly, students should state their opinion because there may be a teacher who is not teaching well and students are uncomfortable with that particular teacher. Grading system will help appraise the performance of the teachers and measure the satisfaction level of the students. This in turn will help teachers to mark their areas of improvement. Lastly, if there are very good teachers and the students agree with this, that would boost the teacher’s confidence because they could teach knowing that the students appreciate him/her. Therefore, teachers should be evaluated by their students because it helps them improve, helps separate the good and bad teachers, and also helps the teacher trust that they are doing a good job.
On the other hand, students grade their teachers also not good, as it would directly give the authority in the hands of students. They are not mature enough to judge a teacher as their judging parameters will be based on various other things other than teaching. And the integrity of a teacher can never be judged. Beside that grade teacher also can make some teacher getting illness that will impact to the way the teacher teach the students. Jealousy will arise among the teachers who can lead teacher relationships with one another become not harmonious.
Actually Grade teacher is no matter, but how the way students grade the teacher? Grade teachers can improve teacher skill to teach the students. But, just because kids do not like their teacher as a person doesn't mean that should effect the evaluation, the response should be based on the teachings. Grading based on the teaching will have good effect in teaching and learning process.
